Runner’s Physical Performance Testing

Develop an athletic profile and take a deep dive into your movement mechanics/physical fitness with a specialist trained in running biomechanics! We will sit down together to discuss your medical history, training history, and goals before conducting the tests. Once your tests are completed, we will create a game plan together to help you address your weaknesses and accomplish your goals!

Body Composition Analysis

We will assess your cadence, stride length, foot landing, ground contact times, and identify any gait deviations you may have. We will also conduct a submaximal VO2 Max Test during this treadmill test to assess your aerobic fitness levels.

Running Gait/VO2 Max Analysis

We will conduct a series of physical battery tests to assess functional mobility, single leg strength, single leg power, core endurance, balance, plyometric load tolerance, etc., in order to assess your current movement capabilities and training readiness.

Physical Battery Testing

We will assess various body composition/metabolic metrics such as total body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, water weight, BMI, percent body fat, segmental lean analysis, and basal metabolic rate using our Inbody scanner.
