QOL Run Club is a free running community that provides a safe space for our participants to explore the world of running and meet other local runners with various beginner level workouts.
QOL Race Crew is a membership-based community that will tailor its workouts to prepare its members for Houston's biggest races throughout the year. QOL Race Crew members also enjoy additional benefits such as discounted services/merch as well as access to our educational blogs.

We have multiple pace leaders who volunteer to ensure that everyone is accommodated. Whether you are advanced, beginner, or are looking to walk the route, there is something for everyone. No one gets left behind!

Physical Therapists are doctorate-level experts who specialize in improving physical function and quality of life based on anatomical/physiological impairments. Physical Therapists can be primary care providers for non-traumatic musculoskeletal conditions (ex. low back pain, neck pain, muscle strains, ligament sprains, etc.), depending on their specialty/training.
