Nutrition Consultation (Virtual)

This 45-minute consult is great if you are looking for information or recommendations on a specific topic, such as increasing protein intake, nutrition for injury/recovery, increasing iron intake, vegan alternatives to meat, how to approach weight loss goals, increasing fiber intake, high-calorie foods for weight gain, etc.

Race Day Preparation Consultation (Virtual)

In this 45-minute virtual consultation we will develop an individualized race day
nutrition plan including guidelines for carbo-loading, pre-race/morning breakfast, and in-race nutrition; carbohydrate, fluid, and electrolyte needs. This option is ideal for runners and endurance athletes participating in a half-marathon, full marathon, ultra marathon, triathlon, Ironman, or other endurance events.
